Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Analyze global socio-economic, technological, and environmental trends to forecast market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovative product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on long-term competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformation
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation forums (e.g., CES, Davos)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
