- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products/services
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present future visions to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Curate quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation patents
