Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and impact assessments
- Build and nurture an external ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) establishing our authority in future-tech discourse
- Integrate foresight insights into product development lifecycle for 2026+ initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech consulting with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space tech) with 2026+ market awareness
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., HBR, Wired, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSP) or equivalent practical experience
