Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Certification in futures studies, innovation management, or relevant field preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
