- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Architect R&D pipelines for next-gen solutions (metaverse, biotech, climate tech)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies
- Mentor innovation champions across engineering and business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published research on technology adoption curves or disruption forecasting
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
