- Design prototype ecosystems for metaverse-native businesses and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the company's future intelligence database
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing C-level strategic frameworks adopted by global enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published author in innovation publications or conference speaker at Davos/WSF
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation projects
