Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology, societal, and market trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author visionary thought leadership documents and predictive market intelligence reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market readiness

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
