Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions using AI-powered trend analysis and ethnographic research
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and 2026 strategic milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate futures-thinking capabilities across 500+ global employees
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for quantifying innovation potential and market readiness
- Present foresight insights to Fortune 100 clients through immersive scenario-planning sessions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Author thought leadership publications read by 2M+ industry professionals annually
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or adjacent tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
