Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build resilience against future uncertainties
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on next-generation workforce automation and human-AI collaboration
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business models in circular economy ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using immersive technologies (AR/VR/Metaverse)
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments impacting long-term technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders across global enterprises
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with futures simulation tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations for Fortune 500 clients
