As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll decode emerging trends, simulate market evolutions, and design resilient innovation roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to transform futuristic insights into market-leading products and sustainable growth engines.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Produce high-impact Future State Reports synthesizing geopolitical shifts, technological inflection points, and consumer behavior evolution
- Design resilience strategies for clients facing 2026's workforce automation and supply chain transformation challenges
- Establish proprietary forecasting methodologies using proprietary Horizon Analytics Platform
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards with data-backed impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or futurist advisory roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) or innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
