Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-year strategic horizons
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Lead ethics and governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
