- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Mentor senior leadership on emerging technologies and their implications for organizational transformation
- Design and implement horizon scanning processes to identify emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology) and market adoption curves
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent professional credentials
- Ability to translate complex futures into executable business roadmaps
