Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) to develop 5-7 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government affairs teams
- Design future-proof frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite executives and international tech summits
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies' socioeconomic impacts
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling platform (e.g., Palisade @RISK)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed commercial innovations
