Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions (biotech, neurotech, Web3)
- Author ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 100 leadership teams
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling experimental projects to enterprise level
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
