- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Monitor emerging signals and validate future hypotheses through primary research
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for trend impact assessment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
