Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to access cutting-edge innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and influence high-stakes decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
