- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and client summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
