Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future workforce and market shifts
- Present insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Forge partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing and executing long-term innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
