Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework, tracking technological, societal, and economic megatrends
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging paradigms (quantum, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide organizational adaptation planning
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Produce executive foresight reports with predictive analytics and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with foresight tools (Delphi, STEEP, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
