Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for global market expansion in exponential growth sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce actionable trend reports and competitive intelligence for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Design and execute innovation workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture across the organization
- Represent Horizon Innovations at industry conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives delivered to market
