As a core member of our Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities, mitigate existential risks, and build resilient business models. This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on innovation execution in a dynamic, startup-meets-corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and global megatrends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Advocate for ethical tech adoption and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed platforms
- Certification in scenario planning or systems thinking (e.g., WFS, ISPI)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and workforce evolution
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and innovation deliverables
