Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends (2026-2030) through quantitative research and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products/services
- Present future impact reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technology applications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) strongly preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
