Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI), and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test organizational resilience
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading publications
- Design innovation incubators bridging cutting-edge research (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University) with commercial applications
- Advose on ethical AI deployment and human-centric automation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-disciplinary research networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or policy foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy transition)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex scenarios into executive-ready narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier business platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
