Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities in emerging domains
- Advise executive leadership on future market disruptions and competitive threats
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with global market analysis and cross-cultural innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
