- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish innovation ecosystems through partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
