- Develop 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Architect and pilot exponential growth initiatives in emerging markets
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a global network of futurist and academic partners
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFTR, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in global markets
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
