Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across technology, markets, and societal shifts to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks targeting 2026 market opportunities and disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate forward-looking concepts
- Produce foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline performance and ROI
- Maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
