Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and space exploration
- Lead strategic workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future possibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present insights to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, researchers, and innovators
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research on emerging technologies or future trends
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence
