Responsibilities

- Author whitepapers on future-of-work implications and ethical AI governance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify next-generation investment opportunities
- Represent company at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies (3+ validated case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major platforms
- Experience with horizon scanning tools like Delphi or HorizonScan
