Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future consumer behaviors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Build predictive models using machine learning to simulate market scenarios
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms
- Advise executive board on long-term digital transformation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CFSP) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
