Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-focused frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (papers, books, keynotes)
