You'll shape how organizations navigate the 2026 technological landscape while driving measurable business growth through innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
