- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning and product innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions and validate market viability
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities to the board of directors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 5-year strategic goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (e.g., IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI governance, and climate adaptation technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
