Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions in our innovation incubator
- Present future scenario analyses to executive stakeholders and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists while fostering a culture of radical creativity
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) or equivalent training
