Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen concepts
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
