Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the "2026 Technology Roadmap," identifying emerging trends in AI and distributed systems.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to align engineering, product, and business units on long-term goals.
- Oversee the transition of proof-of-concepts into scalable enterprise solutions for the 2026 timeline.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the company's forward-looking vision to investors and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or strategic technology management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (5-10 year horizons).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and future tech trends.
- Experience managing budgets in excess of $10M.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on innovation and culture building.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
