- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all future-facing initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts affecting global technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi methodology
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web4.0, AGI, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
