Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk/opportunity mapping
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socio-economic megatrends
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
