Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design innovation roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready business models
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future literacy methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or sustainable infrastructure
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Strong communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
