Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to boards and investors using data visualization storytelling
- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups with R&D, marketing, and operations stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis on next-generation market entrants and disruptive players
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
