Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Author high-impact white papers on future-proofing business models against exponential change
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successful scenario-planning initiatives (include 2-3 case studies)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional command of futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford Foresight Programme)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption-resistant business transformation
