Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with global teams
- Monitor emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption frameworks
- Published research or thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Track record of implementing strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
