Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking into product development and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge trend validation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts in future methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations with measurable impact
