Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and innovation investments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prioritize long-term research initiatives aligned with 2026 vision
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Economics, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Experience working with global C-suite executives and venture capital
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning tools and visualization platforms
