Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content on future-proofing organizations
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic models
- Present foresight findings to investor boards and executive committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership at recognized firms
- Proven track record of developing 5-year+ strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) required
