Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging market disruptors
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 5-year digital transformation goals
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D laboratories
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech sector
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Delphi method or STEEP analysis
