Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for AI, biotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Produce trend analysis white papers influencing $1B+ product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies
- Build and mentor an innovation taskforce across 5 global offices
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Track record of driving $50M+ strategic initiatives
- Global network of futurists and tech pioneers
