Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable business plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks for early trend detection
- Design and implement organizational agility frameworks to adapt to rapid technological shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects or published research
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
