Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Tech Horizon' reports analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient smart cities and autonomous infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' global innovation summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-vision projects
- Clearance for DoD/NASA-level security protocols
