Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions for high-stakes decision-making
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers published in industry thought leadership platforms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and system dynamics modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
